Our Visitor Management Software (VMS) provides a secure, efficient, and seamless way to manage all visitors entering your premises. The system digitizes visitor registration, tracks entries and exits, and maintains a detailed log for audit and compliance purposes.

With features such as pre-registration, ID verification, badge issuance, and real-time notifications to hosts, the VMS enhances security while improving the visitor experience. It also integrates with access control and surveillance systems, enabling automated alerts and centralized monitoring.

Purpose & Function

The AFC Gate is an automated access control system used in Metro stations to manage passenger flow. It ensures that only passengers with a valid ticket (QR Code, Smart Card, or Token) can enter or exit the platform.

QR Code Scanner

An optical scanner that reads the QR code from a paper ticket or a mobile screen.

RFID Reader

Used for "Tap and Go" with Metro Smart Cards.

Flap/Barrier Wings

The physical "doors" (usually made of acrylic or rubber) that open and close.

Sensors (Infrared)

Multiple sensors inside the gate to detect if a person has passed through and to prevent the door from closing on someone (safety feature).

Control Uni

The "brain" that verifies the ticket data with the central server in real-time.

Display Screen

Shows instructions like "Go," "Stop," or "Invalid Ticket."

Scanning

The passenger holds the QR code in front of the scanner.

Validation

The system checks if the ticket is valid for that specific station and time.

Command

Once validated, the controller sends a signal to the motor.

Actuation

The Flap Barriers retract (open), allowing one person to pass.

Auto-Close

Once the sensors detect the person has crossed, the flaps close immediately to prevent "tailgating" (someone else following for free).

Superior protection

Our VMS Protection ensures secure, efficient, and controlled access for all visitors entering your premises. By digitizing visitor registration and monitoring entries and exits in real-time, the system safeguards your organization against unauthorized access, security breaches, and compliance risks.
